Andy & Frances coaches

Our purpose with Unlocking Conversations is to bring aliveness to leadership

What do we mean by aliveness? When leaders are fully alive in their work they flourish.  They can make things happen for themselves and others around them.

Coaching: Facilitation: Consulting

We work with individuals, teams and organisations offering perceptions, insights, awareness and wisdom – collaborating in all situations to develop and unlock potential.

Coaching
Working With Organisations

What makes us thrive as leaders and human beings in the world?

What is it that makes us lose our aliveness in the working environment?

What is it that brings us much more alive in the world, enabling us to work with skilful action towards our leadership purpose and that which we deeply care about?

How do we navigate the world of leading with a sense of balance, standing on the ground of our values, to create our best work both for ourselves and the people around us?

These are the questions Frances and Andy look to answer on their leadership retreat day.

Our Retreat Days

Working with Andy and Frances

“I have had the pleasure of working with Andy over the last 8 months and have been so pleasantly surprised and pleased that Andy’s coaching has not only helped me achieve my original objectives of consciously improving my capabilities at work, but more importantly, that I could take these learnings from our ‘inquiries’ and apply them to my own personal life. Andy was great at asking probing and challenging questions that made me re-think my ‘foundational’ thoughts / perspectives that shaped the way I looked and thought of leadership.”

“The approach is always adapted to the needs or objective and uses varying methods or approaches to keep it fresh and relative.  You also build a very big faith and trust in Frances which is essential to getting the best from the coaching. She is professional but personable with it, and I truly valued the coaching she has done with me, as it has changed me for the good.  Nothing will stop me now!”
